  • UCI Foundation Trustees celebrate completion of the $50 million hospital fundraising campaign

     

    At a June 4 meeting of the University of California, Irvine Foundation Board of Trustees and  Chancellor Michael Drake celebrate the completion of UC Irvine’s $50 million new hospital fundraising campaign.

     

    A $21 million gift from estate of M.A. Douglas in May completed the campaign, and the new hospital was named UC Irvine Douglas Hospital in his honor.

     

    At the meeting, Foundation and UC Irvine  representatives were given white lab coats to commemorate the milestone.
